Nederlands (NL) I was reading an article, "Working With HR on Digital Workplace Initiatives" by Gartner from April 2015.
This subject appealed to me and aligns with my view on collaboration between all supporting functions in an organization.
The research shows a matrix that links HR challenges to ICT solutions. I have made a Dutch language translation and where possible added the FM solutions. With input of my "The Support Factory"-partner Jan Pieter Klep, this has resulted in below table.
I hope anyone that reads this can value it as a worthwhile exercise to link HR and ICT terms to the FM profession.
